Say hello to the new Assumed Chrome Extension — now available in beta through Assumed AI Labs.
This lightweight browser extension automates the most time‑consuming part of data seeding: manually planting Seeds into affiliate and partner forms. Instead of copying, pasting and typing everything by hand, the extension lets you plant Seeds with just a few clicks.
And because it’s built inside Assumed AI Labs, it follows our beta‑first philosophy: powerful, promising, and still evolving, with your feedback shaping what comes next.
Why We Built It
Data seeding is one of the most effective ways to understand how partners treat your data. But doing it manually takes time, especially when you’re testing multiple affiliates, landing pages or lead flows.
Our customers told us they wanted a faster, more consistent way to:
- Plant Seeds across multiple partner forms
- Reduce manual copy/paste errors
- Track where and when Seeds were planted
- Get new team members up and running quickly
- Expand monitoring without expanding workload
So we built a tool that does exactly that.
What the Chrome Extension Does
Once installed, the extension allows you to:
✔ Log in with your Assumed account
Your existing Seeds appear instantly inside the extension.
✔ Select any unused Seed and plant it into a partner form
The extension automatically fills the form fields with the Seed’s contact information.
✔ Automatically add contact notes
Each Seed is tagged with:
- The date it was planted
- The URL where it was planted
- The label you can add right from the plugin
✔ Save hours of manual effort
What used to take minutes per form now takes seconds.
✔ Accelerate onboarding for new customers
New users can begin planting Seeds immediately, no spreadsheets or guesswork.
How to Install the Extension (Beta Access Only)
The extension is currently available for interested Assumed customers. Reach out if you would like to try our plugin in beta.
Once you receive access:
- Download the extension file (provided by the Assumed team).
- Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions.
- Enable Developer Mode (top right).
- Click Load Unpacked and select the extracted extension folder.
- Log in with your Assumed credentials.
- Start planting Seeds directly into affiliate and partner forms.
That’s it — you’re ready to go.
